- Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Have familiarity with office paperwork

Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Help to resolve food quality issues
- Support food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring food safety policies and procedures are followed
- Help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross train front of house crew
- Assist with crew performance reviews
- Develop future service leaders
- Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- Ensure office equipment is in working order and supplies are ordered
- Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
