  • Have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Have familiarity with office paperwork

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety practices including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies
  • Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross-train all front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders
  • Assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling, and office paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment is working and supplies are ordered as needed
