Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- help to resolve food quality issues
- support food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitor time and temperature on the line, monitor secondary shelf lives, ensure the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and procedures are followed
- assist with resolving customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- help to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- develop and cross train all front of house crew
- assist with crew performance reviews
- develop future Service Leaders
- assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
- ensure office equipment remains in working order and order office supplies as necessary
- ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
