Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- customer service experience
- knowledge of basic automotive service
- ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- assist customers with loading or unloading items
- check vehicles in and move them in and out of the service lane, including plugging in savvy vehicles
- maintain a safe, clean and organized service department including mopping, washing windows and stocking supplies
- replenish and top off vehicle fluids as necessary
- inspect parts, equipment or vehicles for cleanliness, damage and compliance with standards
- maintain lot presentation by keeping new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly
- assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management including aiding service technicians and shadowing service writers
