Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles
- Physical capability to perform bending, lifting, and valet tasks
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive environment is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and safe service drive area free of trash, water, leaves, and debris
- Greet customers upon arrival and introduce them to a service advisor
- Drive customer vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas
- Vacuum every customer vehicle
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles across property locations as needed
- Transport vehicles to and from the car wash
- Provide valet service by moving customer vehicles from their desired location for service
- Gas, clean, and help maintain the dealership's loaner vehicle fleet
- Clear walkways of snow, dirt, or debris to maintain safe access for customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
