Job Requirements

  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Monitor the entrance area to ensure safety and orderliness including managing customer flow during busy periods
  • Assist in directing customers to appropriate departments or staff members based on their needs and inquiries
  • Report any customer concerns or unusual activities to management to help maintain a secure and customer-focused environment
