Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
  • full-time availability for 40+ hours per week
  • ability to work shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday including some holidays
  • capacity to perform physical tasks such as walking, kneeling, and bending in various temperatures and weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • strong multi-tasking and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including some holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting every customer with an upbeat attitude and escorting them to their assigned Service Advisor
  • assisting Service Advisors with various tasks
  • dressing vehicles for service by applying steering wheel, seat, and floor covers
  • performing initial vehicle checks including testing batteries and topping off fluid levels
  • attaching key tags to vehicles
  • moving and parking customer vehicles safely and efficiently
  • preparing customer vehicles for delivery by checking tire pressure and fluids, washing, vacuuming, and sanitizing
  • maintaining cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the service lane, surrounding areas, and parking lots
