Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two or more years of customer service experience, in a hospitality or service-focused environment
- Prior experience in telephone communication, office settings and computer systems
- Must be a dependable team player, organized, and capable of working effectively under pressure
- Strong public relations and communication skills

Job Duties
- Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy, efficiency and a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Support guest services by collaborating effectively with team members and contributing to a positive work environment
- Monitor and respond to online inquiries through Peppermill.com and social media platforms
- Perform Front Desk Agent responsibilities as needed, including handling due outs and preparing guest packets
