Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient computer skills
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Friendly and approachable with a team-player attitude
- Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and holidays
- Must have a valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor or department for further assistance
- Provide customers with basic information about our services and assist in scheduling appointments, if necessary
- Monitor customer wait times and communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a timely and efficient service experience
- Address any customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain a neat and organized Service Drive area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
