Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service experience
- Computer and administrative experience preferred
- Attention to detail, patience and a positive attitude is a must
- Valid driver’s license required
- Professional demeanor and work ethic
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- 18 plus years of age to comply with the company driving policy

Job Duties
- Greet incoming guests and provide best-in-class customer service
- Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Coordinate appointments for customers
- Perform vehicle walk arounds in the service drive
- Assign customers to Service Advisors using computer software
- Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store
