Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent customer service experience required
- Attention to detail, patience and a positive attitude is a must
- Written and communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record

Job Duties
- Greet incoming guests, and continue to provide best-in-class customer service to customers and employees alike
- Respond to questions, provide assistance, and furnish general information to customers
- Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles before and after servicing
- Move dealership inventory when needed
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership
- Move vehicles within the dealership to assure an orderly inventory
- Wash and service vehicles as needed
- Assist in keeping shop tools organized and clean
- Maintain presentability of the shop and service drive
- Clean service drive (sweep, mop, pick up trash etc.)
- Organize service customer area parking
- Move vehicles in and out of shop
- Other duties, as assigned
