Job Duties
- Ensure the efficient flow of vehicles through the service drive
- Move vehicles from service drive to shop or parking lot after check-in
- Promptly pull up customer vehicles when called by cashier or management
- Transport vehicles requiring car wash to car wash area
- Assist concierge with greeting customers and checking in vehicles
- Assist in printing appointment sheets, vehicle history, and tags
- Work with concierge and shop foremen to maximize car placement on active reception rack
