Job Requirements

  • customer service experience
  • ability to manage time effectively
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to learn automotive software systems
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • sales experience is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • Organize, greets and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
  • offer vehicle service contracts to customer about to be out of factory warranty
  • other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
  • learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service
  • reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction by checking in guest and coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
  • work with a used car buying team through an automated process
  • help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
  • organizing various activities behind-the-scenes
