- customer service experience
- ability to manage time effectively
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn automotive software systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- sales experience is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Organize, greets and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
- offer vehicle service contracts to customer about to be out of factory warranty
- other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
- learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service
- reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction by checking in guest and coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
- work with a used car buying team through an automated process
- help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
- organizing various activities behind-the-scenes
