Job Duties
- Create extraordinary experiences for service guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests
- Act as a guest service mentor to Future Professionals
- Follow all service desk systems to ensure smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom
- Set, meet, and exceed sales and service goals
- Inspire and inspect team performance
- Handle cash management and balance cash drawers
- Manage inventory control and product management
