Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Take charge of the Auto Loaner program
