Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess a current driver's license
- Must be able to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to read and comprehend employee handbooks and other automotive materials
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction from dealership leaders

- Experience in basic customer service skills preferred
- Previous experience cleaning and detailing cars or trucks preferred

Job Duties
- Communicates with service manager, assistant service manager, and service advisors to complete guest-centered needs
- Washes cars and cleans service areas
- Moves guest vehicles to the shop and around the lot
- Performs minor snow removal from vehicles and walks
- Prepares and cleans vehicles when finished
- Drives vehicles through the automatic car washer and performs basic car wash tasks
- Installs floor mats and seat protectors in customer vehicles
- Conducts quick vehicle checks and wheel alignment analyses
- Follows checklists and company processes for operational directions and key management
- Fuels vehicles, charges batteries, and moves vehicles for diagnosis as needed
- Picks up trash inside and outside the showroom and maintains guest areas
- Accepts ownership for accomplishing guest requests and other duties as assigned
