- basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and handling
- experience working in a fast-paced retail or dealership environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas on the dealership lot
- retrieve vehicles for customers and ensure they are ready for test drives or delivery
- maintain the cleanliness of vehicles by washing, vacuuming, and performing light detailing
- keep the dealership lot, showroom, and service areas clean, organized, and free of debris
- ensure vehicles are properly aligned and displayed on the lot
- perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, emptying trash cans, and cleaning restrooms
- assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot
- provide courteous and prompt service to customers waiting for their vehicles
- help customers with unloading and loading items into their vehicles as needed
- assist the sales team with vehicle preparation for display and customer delivery
- support the service team by moving vehicles to and from service bays
- run errands for parts and supplies as requested by management
- conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and properly documented
- report any vehicle damage or issues to management immediately
- assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
- follow all dealership policies and procedures, including safety guidelines
