Job Duties
- Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner as they arrive at the dealership
- Guide customer to location desired (Sales Dept, Parts Dept, Service Dept)
- Oversee traffic flow of service lane/parking lot
- Install floor mats and I.D. tags in all vehicles that arrive for service
- Drive vehicles from the service lane to the service parking lot
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service
- Inspect loaner car fleet for damage and cleanliness
- Maintain service lot and dealership cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned
