Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or office management
  • Experience with ticketing or scheduling systems across time zones preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Local candidate able to work from the office
  • Ability to handle physical logistics and shipping tasks

Job Duties

  • Triage, categorize, prioritize and assign incoming service tickets
  • Manage the master scheduling calendar to optimize technician assignments and client requests
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and nudge service managers to meet deadlines
  • Source hardware from distributors matching technical standards
  • Build accurate hardware quotes ensuring margins and shipping costs
  • Handle returns, warranty exchanges, and shipping damages
  • Manage shipping and receiving logistics, including verifying shipments and asset tagging
  • Coordinate the welcome process for new hires including equipment shipment and setup scheduling
