Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or office management
- Experience with ticketing or scheduling systems across time zones preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Local candidate able to work from the office
- Ability to handle physical logistics and shipping tasks

Job Duties
- Triage, categorize, prioritize and assign incoming service tickets
- Manage the master scheduling calendar to optimize technician assignments and client requests
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and nudge service managers to meet deadlines
- Source hardware from distributors matching technical standards
- Build accurate hardware quotes ensuring margins and shipping costs
- Handle returns, warranty exchanges, and shipping damages
- Manage shipping and receiving logistics, including verifying shipments and asset tagging
- Coordinate the welcome process for new hires including equipment shipment and setup scheduling
