Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or deli services preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Highly organized with a keen sense of details
- Great listening and communication skills
- Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using equipment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Respond to customer questions in an effective manner
- Stock products and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- Perform basic department cleaning upkeep including pots, pans, and utensils
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers
- Assist customers with their orders for various deli services
- Work well as part of a team
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
