Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of shift management experience
  • Ability to train and lead team members effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage labor and inventory costs
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage cash handling and banking procedures
  • Proficiency in maintaining operational records and reports
  • Positive attitude and team orientation
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Train and develop crew under management direction
  • Maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with management and crew
  • Assist with crew member duties as needed
  • Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts discussing operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
  • Manage labor costs to meet company standards
  • Control inventory according to company GAP standards
  • Maintain reports and records compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain building and equipment through proper operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
  • Responsible for all cash handling during shifts including bank deposits and ensuring cash procedures are followed
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and professionalism
  • Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment
  • Exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management
