Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of shift management experience
- Ability to train and lead team members effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage labor and inventory costs
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage cash handling and banking procedures
- Proficiency in maintaining operational records and reports
- Positive attitude and team orientation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Train and develop crew under management direction
- Maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with management and crew
- Assist with crew member duties as needed
- Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts discussing operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
- Manage labor costs to meet company standards
- Control inventory according to company GAP standards
- Maintain reports and records compliant with state and federal regulations
- Maintain building and equipment through proper operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
- Responsible for all cash handling during shifts including bank deposits and ensuring cash procedures are followed
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and professionalism
- Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment
- Exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
