Job Requirements

  • Have a positive energy and be ready to assist fellow support staff
  • ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
  • have a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
  • adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance and dress code

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive
  • prepare the dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
  • maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary
  • deliver food
  • ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party
  • maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station, dish area, and expo line
  • collaborate with waitstaff and host stand to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party
