Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience
- positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions
- ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and manage reservations for the shift
- prepare the dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
- maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary
- refill water glasses
- run food as requested
- support wait staff by assisting with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require
- maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station, dish area, and expo line
