Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience
  • positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
  • must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions
  • ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
  • a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive and manage reservations for the shift
  • prepare the dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
  • maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary
  • refill water glasses
  • run food as requested
  • support wait staff by assisting with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require
  • maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station, dish area, and expo line
