- 5+ years experience supporting a service industry
- Experience in industrial refrigeration is a plus
- Ability to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Coordinate service calls and gather customer information
- Schedule and route technicians efficiently
- Match technician skills to customer requirements
- Respond promptly to technician requests
- Maintain and update dispatch board
- Fill appointment gaps proactively
- Communicate with field service managers to keep operations running smoothly
