Job Requirements
- Valid CA driver license
- minimum of 1 years in position of related driving
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- bilingual in English and Spanish or other language is an asset
- current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
- a minimum of 5+ years in position of Quality Control Inspector or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Hospitality industries
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- at least 3 years retail related experience

Job Duties
- Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location
- assist with service traffic flow and parking
- assist all customers on service drive with requested concierge services
- consistently determine if customers coming into service drive have an appointment
- record customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, existing vehicle damage and any other required information as per dealership standards upon customer arrival
- perform key reads and all other related functions to increase efficiency customer check-in process as needed
- control service traffic flow and parking on a daily basis
- assist lot attendant with duties at the service counter
- ensure all customers are escorted to cars after completed service and any final questions answered by the appropriate team member
- provide assistance for department for Service Sales Advisors on an as needed basis
- perform administrative duties such as filing, collating documents, faxing and scanning as needed
- deliver a professional/exemplary experience through utilization of best core practices
- listen actively and communicate clearly to identify and document concerns
- identify client needs beyond expressed concerns and adopt a consultative value added approach
- nurture working relationships to generate repeat and referral work
- integrate the Rusnak Standard with personal values into all interactions
- drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired
- use good judgment and safe driving skills
- keep a timely shuttle route
- assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles
- operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
- keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
- notify dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
- maintain a professional appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
