- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
- stage vehicles in the service repair area
- answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
- assist service advisors with booking repair orders and following up with customers
- walk customers to their vehicles
- perform ancillary duties related to service writing
- support other service department tasks as needed
