Job Duties
- Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
- stage vehicles in the service repair area
- answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
- assist service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, and walking customers to their vehicles
- perform ancillary duties related to service writing
- handle other duties as needed in the service department
