Job Qualifications

- prior customer service experience
Job Duties
- Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
- stage vehicles in the service repair area
- answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
- assist service advisors with booking repair orders
- follow up with customers
- walk customers to their vehicles
- perform ancillary duties related to service writing
- perform other duties that may arise in the service department
