Job Duties
- Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
- stage vehicles in the service repair area
- answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
- assist service advisors with booking repair orders
- follow up with customers to provide service updates
- walk customers to their vehicles after service
- perform ancillary duties related to service writing
- other duties as assigned in the service department
