Job Duties
- Provide visitors with directions and any information they require, ensuring they are greeted with courtesy
- Maintain your work area, perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness, and adhere to control and security policies
- Assist customers and provide optimal levels of customer service, analyzing customer requirements and directing them to the appropriate department
- Assist the service advisors as necessary
- Perform other duties that may arise in the service department
