Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Willingness to work full time
Reliable transportation
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Job Qualifications

Driver's license
Prior customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

Provide visitors with directions and information while greeting them courteously
Maintain work area and perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness
Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate department based on their needs
Support service advisors as needed
Adhere to control and security policies within the service department
Handle other duties that may arise in the service department
Stay calm and professional under pressure or when dealing with dissatisfied customers
