Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm with occasional Saturdays
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with phone systems and payment processing
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends
- Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
Job Duties
- Answer phones and direct customer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Receive cash, check and credit card payments from service and sales customers, record amount received and reconcile cash drawer daily
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
