Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Ability to solve problems and handle multiple priorities with high organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software
  • Full-time availability including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
  • Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training after hire
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year
  • Drivers under 21 must have held a driver’s license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire

  • Knowledge of HV systems LV systems and EV powertrains preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients both internal and external
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity turnaround time and priority levels
  • Manage open service tasks and due bills ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Proactively contact customers to verify concerns schedule appointments and log all activities in the system
  • Manage and facilitate loaner agreements coordinate rental vehicle requests and arrange Lyft rides for customers
  • Generate work order pre-writes capturing customer concerns and obtaining necessary signatures for pre-authorization
  • Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in conducting walkthroughs completing intake forms taking photographs and reporting damages
  • Communicate consistently with customers regarding follow-up calls responsiveness and availability
  • Be willing to be trained on basic understanding of components technologies and terminologies of Lucid vehicles
  • Manage a monthly budget and oversee ordering of supplies and refreshments
  • Report and submit service requests for facility repairs and maintenance
  • Perform valet duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
