Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive service preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

- Previous experience in customer service or automotive service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Handling incoming calls for service with professionalism and care
- Assists customers with setting up appointments for vehicle servicing
- Greet customers as they walk-in to the service department and direct the flow of customer traffic
- Create a great customer experience from scheduling service to vehicle pick-up
- Initiate calls and emails to recent customers to follow up on their service experience
- Support the Service Department to provide highest level of customer service
- Collect customer information and paperwork accurately
- Build strong relationships and work closely with the service team
- Self-manage, self-motivate, and multitask consistently
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Report to Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews
- Maintain a positive attitude and bring your 'A game' daily
