Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or related role preferred
- strong mathematical and analytical skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required

Job Duties
- greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- assist in maintaining the loaner vehicle inventory
- process service payments efficiently and accurately
- ensure loaner and rental vehicles are checked out and returned according to company, third party, and manufacturer policies
- maintain proper documentation and monitor vehicle condition and availability
- establish and maintain good working relationships with all dealership departments
- accurately receive and record cash, check, and credit card payments, issue refunds as directed, reconcile and deposit funds, and file all associated paperwork
