Job Duties
- Communicates effectively by phone, by e-mail, or in person
- Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule within the customer database
- Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership
- Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade their vehicle
- Contacts all no-show appointments to reschedule for a later time
- Constantly update and purify customer records
