Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department
- Drive to customers' homes or designated locations to pick up their vehicles for scheduled service appointments
- Transport customer vehicles safely to the dealership for service and return them to the customer upon completion
- Drive and move vehicles in the service drive, parking areas, wash area, or other designated dealership locations as needed
- Assist with moving vehicles for service advisors and technicians to support efficient workflow
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or department based on their needs
- Maintain a neat and organized service drive area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
