Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- ability to handle cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required

Job Duties
- greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- assist in maintaining the loaner vehicle inventory
- process service payments efficiently and accurately
- ensure loaner and rental vehicles are checked out and returned according to company, third party, and manufacturer policies
- maintain proper documentation and monitor vehicle condition and availability
- establish and maintain good working relationships with all dealership departments
- accurately receive and record payments, issue refunds as directed, reconcile and deposit funds
