Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related positions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Positive attitude and self-motivation

Job Duties
- Handle incoming calls for service with professionalism and care
- Assist customers with setting up appointments for vehicle servicing
- Greet customers as they walk in to the service department and direct the flow of customer traffic
- Create a great customer experience from appointment scheduling to vehicle pickup
- Initiate calls and emails to recent customers for follow up on their service experience
- Support the Service Department to provide a high level of customer service
- Collect customer information and paperwork
- Build relationships and work closely with the service team to provide unmatched customer experience
- Self-manage, self-motivate, and multitask consistently
- Nurture relationships to build clientele for life
- Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business
- Report to Service Manager on objectives, activities, and reviews
- Maintain a positive attitude and high work ethic every day
