Job Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Handle incoming calls for service with professionalism and care
  • Assist customers with setting up appointments for vehicle servicing
  • Greet customers as they walk in to the service department and direct the flow of customer traffic
  • Create a great customer experience from appointment scheduling to vehicle pickup
  • Initiate calls and emails to recent customers for follow up on their service experience
  • Support the Service Department to provide a high level of customer service
  • Collect customer information and paperwork
  • Build relationships and work closely with the service team to provide unmatched customer experience
  • Self-manage, self-motivate, and multitask consistently
  • Nurture relationships to build clientele for life
  • Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business
  • Report to Service Manager on objectives, activities, and reviews
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high work ethic every day
