Job Requirements

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be 21 years or older
Professional appearance and demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in luxury or high-volume settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Provide an overview of the service process and answer customer questions
Offer refreshments and guide customers to lounge or amenities
Coordinate with Service Advisors to communicate customer requests
Update customers on vehicle status and estimated completion times
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Assist with valet service and maintain cleanliness of service areas
