Job Duties

  • Handling incoming calls for service with professionalism and care
  • assisting customers with setting up appointments for vehicle servicing
  • greeting customers as they walk in and directing customer traffic flow
  • creating a great customer experience from scheduling to vehicle pick-up
  • initiating calls and emails to recent customers for follow-up on their service experience
  • supporting the Service Department to provide the highest level of customer service
  • collecting customer information and paperwork
  • building strong relationships and collaborating with the service team
  • self-managing, self-motivating, and multitasking effectively
  • nurturing relationships to build lifelong clientele
  • following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • reporting to the Service Manager on objectives and activities
  • maintaining a positive attitude daily
