Job Duties
- Handling incoming calls for service with professionalism and care
- assisting customers with setting up appointments for vehicle servicing
- greeting customers as they walk in and directing customer traffic flow
- creating a great customer experience from scheduling to vehicle pick-up
- initiating calls and emails to recent customers for follow-up on their service experience
- supporting the Service Department to provide the highest level of customer service
- collecting customer information and paperwork
- building strong relationships and collaborating with the service team
- self-managing, self-motivating, and multitasking effectively
- nurturing relationships to build lifelong clientele
- following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- reporting to the Service Manager on objectives and activities
- maintaining a positive attitude daily
