Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Experience handling cash
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Drug free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
- Friendly, upbeat personality with strong attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career in the automotive industry
- CDK (automotive dealership software) knowledge would be a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Direct phone calls to appropriate departments
- Process customer payments (cash, credit, etc.) accurately and efficiently
- Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily
- Support the Office Manager and/or General Manager with general clerical duties
- Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions
- Perform other basic administrative duties as assigned
