Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Experience handling cash
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • Drug free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with strong attention to detail
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career in the automotive industry
  • CDK (automotive dealership software) knowledge would be a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Direct phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Process customer payments (cash, credit, etc.) accurately and efficiently
  • Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily
  • Support the Office Manager and/or General Manager with general clerical duties
  • Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions
  • Perform other basic administrative duties as assigned
