Job Requirements

- previous experience in a receptionist or cashier role preferred
- proficiency in computer use and telephone systems
- ability to handle cash and perform accurate payment processing
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
- adherence to dress code and punctuality

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls, directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message
- greet all showroom guests promptly and determine the nature of their visit
- direct guest to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and make the proper introduction
- communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- enter data into computer system and run necessary reports
- take payment in the form of cash, credit, and check to be applied to parts and service invoices
- perform closing procedures and reconcile payments to cashier reports
