Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in basic math and handling monetary transactions
  • familiarity with dealership management systems preferred but not required
  • ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
  • must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • process payments accurately including cash, credit card, and check transactions
  • provide clear explanations of invoices and services performed
  • answer customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
  • maintain and balance cash drawer and receipts
  • answer and direct calls appropriately using a multi-line phone system
  • serve as a backup for the main receptionist as needed
  • assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling
  • collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • uphold dealership standards for customer service and professionalism
