Job Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years where your primary responsibility was to curate a cocktail program
Server and or service experience
Certified in all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
English language, professional communications, math, and computer skills are required
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (minimum of 12 hours per day)
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Maintain a cleanly workspace at all times
Work efficiently and quietly
Adapt and improvise with a positive attitude
Ensure all prep work and mise en place is completed in time for service
Communicate professionally and respectfully with team members and management
Ensure pars and equipment are clean and on hand
Communicate product and beverage orders promptly
Attend all employee meetings
Polish glassware
Provide support during service
Engage with guests and ensure a great experience
