- Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Professional, personable, and organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality
- Ability to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Open flexibility to work various shifts
- Knowledge of fine wine and spirits
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, especially Italian wines and spirits
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and accurate with handling money
- Professional, personable, and organized with a positive attitude
- Fluency in English
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve our signature cocktails with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all bar patrons
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine's and Virgil's locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering opportunities
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and complete end-of-day reconciliation
- Support servers by assisting with table orders during peak times
- Follow all beverage recipes precisely for both bar and dining room service
- Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
