Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of related experience
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- knowledge of food and beverage standards
- completion of safety training and adherence to safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of experience in fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant environment
- some college education preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to team members
- responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and company policies
- set-up, maintain, and clean workstation
- ensure compliance with product handling and inventory policies
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with TIPS training and Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy
- fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
