Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or barback experience preferred
must be at least 21 years old
ability to work weekends and flexible hours
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
compliance with all local and state alcohol serving laws

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
monitor customer identification to ensure legal drinking age
manage cash and credit transactions accurately
stock bar supplies and perform inventory counts
collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service
