Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience preferred
Ability to work weekends
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lift moderate weights
Basic math proficiency
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours

Job Duties

Greet and serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor customer consumption and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
