- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- ensure all beverage equipment is properly sanitized
- adhere to all local, state and federal regulations pertaining to the service of alcohol
- maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and drink recipes
